Superb location within walking distance of all Chester attractions and facilities. Easy parking nearby. Comfortable room with water and milk in the fridge. Alison and Dave are available during the day for local information. We will be returning.
Good place to hunker down for a night. Basic but does the job. Very central location too- just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Chester!
Lovely twin room & bathroom at the top. Great welcome from friendly & helpful staff. Noise carried a little bit from the nearby pub. We parked ar Little Roodee overnight.
We had such a lovely stay – thank you so much! The couple who run the place are incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made us feel right at home. Our room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk into town and close to all the beautiful sights of Chester. I also really enjoyed the Saddle Inn next door – perfect for a refreshing beer after a day of exploring. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Chester!

What a find! Alison was really helpful regarding what to see in Chester and the layout of the town. Room 2 is spacious, really well designed and decorated. The location of the guesthouse is perfect for exploring the heart of Chester. I d definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect! The owner of the house was incredibly friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet during the night, also the location is perfect just in the center of Chester. I really recommend this place
